Self-Isolation, According to a Variety of Sources, is Likely to Cause a Rise in Family Law Matters
Having some time on my hands, reading blogs has become a favourite pastime, with a number of varying sources allowing me to note one of First Valuation Group’s main areas of expertise.
Having read that post Covid-19 is “very likely” to lead to an increase in marriage breakups because couples are being kept in self-isolation leading to family law matters being on the rise.

Close quarters of self-isolation, according to some sources, could bring tension simmering to the surface, with an expected increase in couples seeking to end their relationships post Covid-19.
Some of the background noise being economic uncertainty and distress, the physical confinement of the living area 24/7 as well as the interface of daily duties of work and children balance.
Regardless of pre or post Covid-19, we at First Valuation Group are writing to you, to again reinforce that we are SPECIALISTS in property valuations, both within the Residential and Commercial sectors for family law purposes.

We further advise that physical inspections of real estate property may be undertaken on a “restricted basis” as defined by the Australian Property Institute Guidelines Covid-19.
If any matter is to commence, is currently pending or near completion and a property valuation is required and you are unsure as to how you, as your client’s legal representative will provide property valuations due to Covid-19, or you just need property advisory by way of a formal property valuation, please do not hesitate to contact First Valuation Group.
