By way of background, FVG undertook a valuation of the subject property of which comprised four (4) residential villa units held by separate owners. The purpose of the valuation was to assess a current market value for the purpose of selling the freehold as a single entity. After prolonged negotiations, the eventual sale price was within 5% of the value assessed of which gave all owners comfort throughout the process.
