 Mark has more than twenty years
professional experience in the property industry from areas
of agency, finance and valuation services. He is recognised
as one of Melbourne’s leading mortgage valuers, property
advisors and consultants in relation to both Commercial
and Residential real estate property, and as such is a speaker
at noted financial institutions.
A founding Director of FVG,
Mark works closely with major financial institutions, private
clients and client based consultancy organisations.
Specifically, his career and academic record is as follows:
Holds an Associate Diploma in Valuations from Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology.
Best final year student Valuation Practice B – 1985.
Cadetship as Assistant Valuer,
Jones Lang Wootton now known as Jones Lang Lasalle. Also
incorporated a period within the investment department of
this organisation with focus on corporate and private base
investment clientele.
Two years experience at Elders
IXL within property finance and development section.
Private practise for a ten
year period.

Jim Derzekos (A.A.P.I. .CPV)
Jim has many years experience in the valuation and consultancy industry and is well regarded for his innovation and expertise.
Jim has a Bachelor of Business
– Property, and holds a number of property related
professional memberships. His particular area of expertise
is in the area of the valuation of sub $5 million commercial/industrial
and retail properties and high value residential properties.
His academic record and career

Jim commenced his career at
Arthur Andersen of which involved valuation and advisory
services for a variety of predominantly commercial type
real estate throughout Metropolitan Melbourne. His career
then involved becoming a Certified Practising Valuer at
Domain Property Valuers a boutique valuation firm specialising
in mortgage valuations.
Now a Director of FVG, Jim currently undertakes valuation and consultancy assignments on a daily basis with particular emphasis on the commercial and high end residential real estate market. |
